What’s the difference?
Many IT support services are based on a fixed number of incidents as part of the support contract. The incident based support model doesn’t usually become an issue until you are well into your contract, typically when you need support the most.

No Limits
If you’re allowed 10 calls per year when you log an 11th incident, for example when your server has failed and no one can access the network, the problem is treated as a chargeable call with a lower priority attached to it. This not only costs the company money, but also results in unncessary delays in bringing the network back on-line.
Ancar B does not operate this way. We cover your items for the term of the contract period with no limit on how often you can call.
Priority
We do not offer paid for support on an incident basis, so you will never be “queue jumped” by someone paying extra. We prioritise problems by the severity of their effect on the customer’s business, not by their profitability for us.
Rest assured, whenever you call with a problem it will be logged and dealt with as quickly as possible, with no hurdles or stumbling blocks, by your Helpdesk Facility.
