Our Total System Care contract can encorporate as much of your IT infrastructure as you wish. By covering the whole system, the Total System Care contract means if you do have a user down, they won’t be inoperative for long.  You can also rest assured that Ancar B will manage the everyday infrastructure niggles and failures, allowing you to get on with running your business.

Our typical Total System Care maintenance contract service provides a standard 8-hour guaranteed response to workstations, laptops and printers.
