Ancar B Technologies is familiar with the configuration and set up of both ranges of Blackberry and SmartPhone devices for use with MS Exchange and Outlook Web Access.

We recognise that users of such devices are currently referred to instructions on the telecom provider’s website or asked to visit the main Blackberry website to seek support online. Even with this assistance configuration of these devices is not an easy thing to master, especially for those users who are not familiar with MS Exchange. From customer feedback we understand this support is neither adequate nor user friendly for client’s who simply want to get their device up and running with their email system and to address issues with the devices configuration on an ad-hoc basis. 

With this is mind Ancar B Technologies offer Blackberry/SmartPhone support to customers who need assistance with their handheld devices. For just £10 per month per device* we can provide technical support and configuration assistance and help you to keep in touch.

We are also extremely experienced in the deployment of server hardware for Blackberry Professional and Blackberry Enterprise Server systems. If you are introducing one of these systems please speak to us for free impartial advice on the implications for your network.
