Email problems?In addition to the great anti-spam features provided by the system, clients can also benefit from its store and forward email functionality. Should your email server be non-operational for any reason, your email will store on our servers for up to 72 hours before it is returned to the sender. Should your mail server be down in excess of 72 hours and you need to collect the emails, we can divert your email traffic to an alternative collection server, where it can be viewed and replied to. All emails can then all be delivered back to your mail server once it is back online.
