RUN
and typing MMC in the run dialogue box and hitting OK.

Now that MMC is open, go to
FILE
OPTIONS
Switch to the DISK CLEANUP tab.
Click on the DELETE FILES button
Answer YES to delete them.
Then hit OK.</description>
